A big congratulations to the following 4th & 5th graders for their outstanding efforts in this year's Annual Regional Recycle Poster Contest.
In 5th Grade 1st Place Preethika Shenoy 2nd Place Ryan Zabala 3rd Place Emily Barge In 4th Grade 1st Place Julia Zabala 2nd Place Allie Lombardi 3rd Place Lily Freidland These students are the Town winners and will be recognized on Wednesday, May 8th at the Town Awards Ceremony to be held at the BHS auditorium. Way to go!!

Congratulations to 5th Grader Preethika Shenoy, who was awarded first place honors at the Regional Recycle Poster contest Awards Celebration that was held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Union Savings Bank in Danbury. Preethika was one of over 2000 participants in the eleven municipalities that come together annually to raise awareness about recycling, through this poster contest. She won a $75 money prize and was one of six Bethel students to receive this recognition and honor as a Regional winner. Way to go Preethika!! |
