After School Art is a fun-filled enrichment program that encourages students to explore exciting materials, all while learning about different artists and innovative art techniques.

Welcome to my new 4th grade students and welcome back to my new 5th graders. This year is going to be a fun and exciting year for us all with new projects to do, famous artists to learn about, techniques to discover, and materials to explore. I can't wait to see my Johnson kids expand their Art Smarts!

About Me

I have been teaching art at R.M.T. Johnson School since January 2001. I hope to encourage my students to use their creative experiences and become innovative explorers.

The purpose of this site is to showcase the artwork, creativity, achievements, and abilities of my students.

As my artists develop a large repertoire of art techniques I hope they continue to use these tools in their art to express themselves in and out of the school setting.
