Youth Art Celebration 2020

Congratulations to the following Ralph M.T. Johnson School students, 5th grade students Ivy B.., Charlotte C., and Katherine K., and 4th grade students Leyla C., and Elizabeth C., who have each had an outstanding work of art selected to be a part of the 2020 Connecticut Art Educator’s Association Youth Art Celebration. A reception was held early in March at Central Connecticut State University, Maloney Hall - S.T. Chen Fine Arts Center.

About Me

I have been teaching art at R.M.T. Johnson School since January 2001. I hope to encourage my students to use their creative experiences and become innovative explorers.

The purpose of this site is to showcase the artwork, creativity, achievements, and abilities of my students.

As my artists develop a large repertoire of art techniques I hope they continue to use these tools in their art to express themselves in and out of the school setting.
